"C'mon! Waddya made of?" LOL! Sounds like the beginning of a brawl scene. No, seriously, do you know your origin? Think beyond your nationality. According to the Bible, we are made of two parts: something visible and something invisible.
Gen. 2:7 "...the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being."
We know the Bible never speaks directly, unless God says something like, "I tell you the truth." Then even here, the two elements represent something. Now, I don't know about you, but I don't turn into mud when I take a shower. Nor am I literally "gone with the wind" during a stiff breeze outside. Then what part of us is the dust? (Hint: as dust is visible, what part of us is visible?) If you are guessing the body by now, you are correct. But we are also made of something invisible, as breath is invisible. (Yes, this would be our spirit.)
Actually, so many theologians, phylosophical men and brainiacs attempt to answer the following question, yet they are still bewildered and wondering themselves:
What happens to the soul when a person dies? Is it wisked away out of existence? Does it go somewhere? Let's see what the creator of the soul said,
Eccl 12:7 "...and the dust returns to the ground it came from,
and the spirit returns to God who gave it."
Did you notice the word 'returns?' (How could you miss it, it was highlighted?)
The dust (body) returns to the ground it came from, (i.e. funeral, burial...)and the spirit returns where? Since I may have never met the one reading this, I'm gonna go off the deep end here - have you ever been to Antarctica? (C'mon, no you haven't!) Could you ever return there? But you've been to your own country. So you can always return there, in the event that you have left there at some time. Likewise, how can our spirits return to God if we were never there with God. God is in heaven, so our spirit ultimately returns to where? Heaven! But wait, if we were in heaven before, what are we doing here on earth now? Please stay posted for the incredible teaching that Christ Ahnsahnghong has given us in the Bible!
Yeah, so some may be questioning: "What is this girl talking about? Sinned against God in heaven?" Well, that's just it! Okay, from the beginning. You'll understand better when you study about the secret of the forgiveness of sins. Yes, I said secret. The forgiveness of sins is not as simple as just saying sorry to God, even if you mean it from your heart. We have to know what we are sorry for.
When you consider this earth, how great of a place would you truly say it is? Sure, there's beautiful scenery in nature, and great experiences in our lives. However, what about the bad experiences? Of course, we don't want to think about it, but the reason we must is because the bad experiences out weigh the good ones in practically everything! Try it! Put your life on a scale.
Would you consider the happiness to be more than the sorrow?
Even just turning on the news, (and most don't on account of them being too depressing) we can see that this earth has gone from bad to worse. The murder rates, the rumors of war, the new diseases, the petty crimes have only increased as time goes on. And it ain't gettin' any better!
Why do we live in such a world? Even among our own lives we face the realities of life: always wanting more, never satisfied. Those who are too poor are striving to live a decent life with money. Even where money is enough, it goes to medications or more is still desired. Why are we never happy with ourselves? Always we try to fix ourselves up with appearances or materials; and even when we get a look we like, we're still jealous of someone elses's!
What feels the envy of wanting more? What feels the pain when the heart is broken? What is it about us that we all long to be eternally happy...but we just can't reach that goal? We have to consider what part of us is eternal? What feels? Here's one example:
If you put your hand in fire, it will hurt and you will scream in pain. However, when a corpse is creamated, why doesn't it wreathe in agony? What part feels then? Obviously it can't be the body. Then what else are we made of? ( A spirit!) Then it's the spirit that feels the pain, the jealousy, the temporary happiness, the sadness...Then it's the spirit that we must understand. In the next post, let's understand about our spirit according to the Bible as studied at the Church of God World Mission Society. It's through this lesson that I was able to understand about Christ Ahnsahnghog as well. Please stay posted.
Like everyone else, I expected my life to follow the same pattern as the billions of people before me. I also grew up with a not so good, not so bad childhood that somehow left scars on my life. However, I always seemed to take those scars differently than alot of people. I, and billions of people like me I'm sure, didn't have a father growing up. Sure, up until I was five years old, he lived in the house, but I never saw him. (Don't worry, this is not a sob story.) I guess what comforted me was that I grew up firmly believing that God was my Father (but I never questioned a mother since I had my physical mom. I never put two and two together.) Anywho, because of this belief, I restricted myself from doing so many things that my peers around me were doing. This is both good and bad and I'll tell you why.
1. This is good because it kept me out of trouble. I tried to follow the literal teachings of Christ, not knowing at the time that they had a spiritual meaning. I got up in front of the classes and delivered speaches about Jesus, always for assignmnets though. One in particular was the topic of who is your childhood hero? Of course, that was my opportunity to speak about Jesus Christ. Yes, I was your classic Pharisee (even though I didn't keep ANY laws of God! LOL! I didn't even go to church on sunday. I didn't know about the Sabbath at the time, but I gave the excuse of not being able to find a suitable church. Can you imagine a hypocritical Pharisee? LOL!) Even I would tell my friends, "I can't wait until the 2nd Coming Christ comes so I can go to heaven." Somewhere along the lines I ran into this verse:
Matt. 24:3 "As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. "Tell us," they said, "when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?" AND
Matt. 24:30 "At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. 31And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other."
2. This is also bad because you couldn't imagine how righteous I was in MY OWN EYES! There was no way I could truly understand that I'm a sinner. AHHH! What would I do? Jesus came to call the righteous, not the sinners! (Matt. 9:13) Yet, I never paid attention to that verse.
When the time came for God to bring me to the Church of God World Mission Society, after looking so long for a church that kept the Sabbath (My family and I kept the Sabbath at home, which added to my self-righteousness), I finally studied about the forgiveness of sin. Of course at the time I studied at first, I understood that I was a sinner and that I sinned against God in Heaven...but only by knowledge. It's one thing to know the fact that you're a sinner and a completely other thing to feel and realize the point.
Now, having some time in the Church of God World Mission Society, having so many experiences, I realize that I am a worse sinner than anyone I have ever known. All of the things that I warned my friends in elementary through highschool not to do because they were against God's law, I did them by nature. Actually, everything I did was to please my sinful nature. In my mind I wanted to please God, but you can't do both.
Forgiveness of sins is not given based on how well you know the scriptures or even how physically "good" and "kind" you are. What matters is if you obey what God said, not committing (or at least trying to not commit) the sin again. God truly does help us with the struggle.
It's amazing! Before coming to the Church of God World Mission Society, I never really knew that I was a sinner. I never knew the sin I was capable and guilty of committing. Even going to so many different churches in the past, (and I've been to alot of them) I never learned that I was actually from heaven and committed the sin there, which explains the situations on this earth.
Only the one coming from heaven can explain such a situation in heaven. That one coming from heaven is Christ Ahnsahnghong. He established the Church of God World Mission Society as a place of redemption and forgiveness of sin.
Where would I honestly be without Father Ahnsahnghong?
Matt. 5:20 "For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven."
I didn't even come close to the pharisees and they couldn't enter. Though they kept the law flawlessly, they didn't realize that they were sinners.
Luke 7:39 "When the Pharisee who had invited him saw this, he said to himself, "If this man were a prophet, he would know who is touching him and what kind of woman she is—that she is a sinner." (And he's not?)
Even though I was waiting for the 2nd Coming Christ, I didn't know that at the time I was waiting for His last coming for judgment. Now, thanks to the 2nd Coming Christ, Christ Ahnsahnghong, I have the hope to return to the Kingdom of Heaven being truly forgiven of my sins.
When we think of how to go to heaven, we think it's just by believing that Jesus is Our Savior and that He died on the cross for our sins. However, about only believing it is written:
James 2:14 "What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save him? 15Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. 16If one of you says to him, "Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed," but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it? 17In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. 18But someone will say, "You have faith; I have deeds." Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by what I do. 19You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder."
Actually, many think that by doing "doing good deeds" such as working in a soup kitchen will fulfill this verse. However, we have to do the deeds that God is pleased with. What is that?
Matt 7:21 “Not everyone who calls out to me, ‘Lord! Lord!’ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of my Father in heaven will enter."
We must DO the will of God in order to go to heaven. Then how can we know the will of God?
11"You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being."
Then, it's in the creation we can see the will of God, since all creation was done by the will of God. Then what is the will of God that we can see in the creation?
Rom. 1:20 "For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse."
Through the creation we can understand all about God, Their divine nature, eternal power, and INVISIBLE QUALITIES.
Yes, I referred tho God as "Their." Every creature has a male gender and female gender, as you can read up on my last post. People were also made by God's will and infact in God's very own image. (We already understand God's image in Gen. 1:26-27 is male and female.)That's the meaning of the one of the last verses in the Bible referring to the Spirit and the Bride:
Rev. 22:17 "The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life"
We can see clearly:
The Spirit = Holy Spirit = Jesus Christ = Father Jehovah God
Then who's the Bride? (Hint: It can't be the church, b/c only God can give eternal life)
Rev. 21:9 "One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, "Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb." 10And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God."
When the angel showed Apostle John the Bride, he showed the Holy City Jerusalem.
Holy City Jerusalem = The Bride
Gal. 4:26 "But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother."
Then it's God's will that we believe in Father God and Mother God, coming to Them to receive the water of life. Since we believe the God in the Bible, and the Bible testifies a Father AND Mother God, then we must belive in Father AND Mother.
However, nowadays' churches only believe in Father God. That's why MANY will come to God on that day, claiming to have had such GREAT faith. But, God never knew them b/c they never knew God was Father and Mother - never came to receive the water of life.
How dangerous! We must come to Father Ahnsahnghong and Heavenly Mother New Jerusalem so that we may receive the water of life - eternal life! He faith we must have is the belief in Father Ahnsahnghong and Mother Jerusalem. The deeds we must have is to come to them to get the water of life. Even though you know that there is a Mother God, but you don't come to Her, is that true faith?
Eternal Life is to Know the True God and Christ Ahnsahnghong
1 comments Posted by Short144 at 8:18 PMMost churches nowadays claim to believe in Christ. but who does the Bible say Christ is?
2 Cor. 4:4 "The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God."
From this, we can see that the Christ is the very image of god. However, thru a connecting verse, what is the image of God?
Gen. 1:26 "Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them."
Then, the Bible says that the image of God is male and female. With that, Christ is not only male, but female. How can this be if there is only a Father God existing?
It's important to understand exactly who God is b/c that will assure our receiving eternal life, which is given by only God. This will explain why so many churches have funerals: if they knew truly who God was, they would not have to die. It's written:
John 17:3 "Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent."
Actually, the Son Jesus Christ is the Father and the Holy spirit, based on the Holy Trinity. Then who is the true God?
Do you remember? God has two images: male and female. Then, the male image we call Father, so we call also the female image as the Mother. So eternal life is to know Father God and Mother God.
Putting 2 and 2 together, we can see why Church of God World Mission Society has held not one funeral ceremony. It's because we know the True God, Our Mother Jerusalem and the 2nd Coming Jesus Christ, Christ Ahnsahnghong so we have received eternal life.
The teachings of Chruch of God World Mission Society get better and better!
Okay, so like, what is the way to know God? Some people claim that God does not exist, or how do we know what God is like? Actually, God even answered this question through the Bible:
When we look at every creature in existence, not speaking of single celled life forms such as amoebas, but those creatures of a higher class; those within a family system, which is just about EVERYTHING else, every creature has a male gender and a female gender. Among those two genders, ONLY the female actually gives birth. Why is this? Why did God create it like this?
Rev. 4:11 "You are worthy, our Lord and God,
to receive glory and honor and power,
for you created all things,
and by your will they were created
and have their being."
Since God created everything by His will, what is the will of God through the system of only women giving birth?
Rom 1:19 "since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse."
Thru the creation, God wants us to see about Himself. No one can say they don't know what God is like, since God showed himself thru the creation. Speaking of the creation, do you know what God said when He created human beings?
Gen. 1:26 "Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground. 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them."
Even Adam and Eve were created in the image of God. So then, how images does God have if man made in the image of God is male and female? Obviously two. If we call the male image of God Father, naturally what should we call the female image?
This is why Church of God World Mission Society believes in Mother God. Because God has the two images, how can we deny it? In these last days, we believe God Ahnsahnghong and Mother Jerusalem as Our Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother!
Christ Ahnsahnghong & Mother Jerusalem are God...Believe it or Not
0 comments Posted by Short144 at 9:25 AMHi! I know, I know, I haven't been talking to you as much as we'd like. Well, I've been talking to other people about the Truth - that is our Mother Jerusalem. When I invited a friend to come to the Church, she said that she asked her pastor about the existence of Mother God. He told her it would be disobedient to go to another church. So I told her: If the Bible tells us to beleive Father God AND Mother God, but the church says to believe ONLY Father God, is it worse to be disobedient to the church or to God? Then we have to consider things for ourselves, not just based on the church. After that, she said that she's interested to come. I hope to Father and Mother God that she'll make it.
It's really interesting how people believe only things they know, not necessarily what's true. Like the existence of Mother. I was speaking to a lady on the bus who said that she's never heard of Mother God and was always raised as Catholic, so it can't be true. However, like the theory of Copernicus:
This is an excerpt from a history site: www-groups.dcs.st-and.ac.uk/~history/Mathematicians/Copernicus.html
"Copernicus was a Polish astronomer and mathematician who was a proponent of the view of an Earth in daily motion about its axis and in yearly motion around a stationary sun. This theory profoundly altered later workers' view of the universe, but was rejected by the Catholic church."
(It's always the Catholic Church!) Anyway, as you can see, just b/c people don't know something doesn't prove that it's wrong. It just shows their ignorance on that topic. As in the Bible, a person's not knowing the existence of Mother God doesn't prove that she doesn't existence. She still exists and She is STILL GOD! We can't make a mistake when it comes to our salvation:
Matt. 22:29 "Jesus replied, "You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God."
People don't realize the power of God and they don't know the prophecies. Though they call God Almighty and All Powerful, they think He can't come as a person and they don't know that God is the Father and Mother. Their misunderstanding may be their ruination:
Hos. 4:6 "My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge.
Because you have rejected knowledge,
I also reject you as my priests;
because you have ignored the law of your God,
I also will ignore your children."
Check out this verse in the NLT Version...scary:
Hos.4:6 "My people are being destroyed
because they don’t know me.
Since you priests refuse to know me,
I refuse to recognize you as my priests.
Since you have forgotten the laws of your God,
I will forget to bless your children."
Then how can we know God???
Rom. 1:19 "They know the truth about God because he has made it obvious to them. 20 For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God."
Then how can we know God? Look around, turn on the program Animal Planet...
Or stay posted...
HAPPY NEW YEAR! And what a year it will be!
In studying so much about the Bible at the Church of God World Mission Society, I've come up with this story. I'm not too good with showing emotion and speaking words, so I thought I would illustrate what I've understood so far in learning from the Church of God World Mission Society through a story, since I like to write.
{Dad looks around in guard of his wife, for the walls are peeling and cracking with decay. As they reach closer to the cell, the mom feels more and more heart broken. Finally, they reach the cell holding their son.
"Mom!" the overgrown child yells out in excitement. Barely touching, as the iron bars separate them, the three begin to cry to eachother.
"Your father and I have come early so that we can stay with you as long as we can."
"How long are the visiting ours?" Dad asked the officer.
"Until sundown. We don't recommend visiting in the night time. Not too safe."
"Well, isn't everyone locked up?" Mom asked in desperation, still gazing at her son.
"Yes, but, there are not only thieves and alcoholics here, ma'am. There are more murderers."
"But my son was framed!" Mom takes her frustration out on the officer.
The two huddled with their son as long as they could. Finally, Dad went out to the car to stay with the other children. Only Mom stayed with her son, hoping that any moment the officer would hand her the keys. The time came and the prison became pitch black. Only relying on the sense of touch, Mom never lets go of her child's hand. The officer tells the woman,
"I'm sorry ma'am. Visiting hours have long passed."
Forced to leave her son in the cold, damp prison, Mom just barely lets go of his hands and heads slowly toward the exit. }
As much as the mom wanted to stay with her son, she was forced to leave him to maybe visit him another day.
How blessed am I? When I sinned and was locked up in this earth prison, I received the life sentence and death penalty, without even realizing it. However, I am not facing this prison term alone. According to Ps. 102:18-20, Mother has not stopped caring for us even before we were born. Our Mother left home to visit us in jail. Yet, she didn't leave us here alone. Actually, she's not going to. Heavenly Mother Jerusalem stays with us to personally make sure that we go back home. How blessed are we? Even though physically I am not right next to Our Mother, but in reality I am. Mother always takes care of me when I am sick, She warms me when I am cold. She encourages me, even when I feel that I won't make it out of prison. When I become dirty, She never regrets cleaning me up, even though it's at her own expense. She shows so much love, even taking away the death sentence! No, Mother never leaves me alone in my cell. There's no guard to warn Her of the time limitation on visiting hours - who is higher than Her? I can only thank my Father Christ Ahnsahnghong for revealing Our Mother to me. Surely He has handed me the keys to unlock my cell. Now I must look and see which prison cell is holding my brothers and sisters, so that I may use this same key to unlock their cells.
